I received the information and realized that I am about to close on a property at 212 Legend Oaks, where another company was saying that it would be $3000 to get it ready for closing. Randy McDonald gave me your number and you had someone in the area that day. He went by to check and asked my clients to put two support beam up on the front porch and put some more vents in around the home. After he was done, he sent you pictures and you charged him $350. It was great, we should close later this week….
