I am a 20% principal in Gulftex Retrofit Installation Pros LLC ( GRIP ) and hold the above referenced Manufactured Home Installers License in the name of my DBA, Henderson’s Installations, issued by Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.

I hereby authorize GRIP to use, with my oversight, my Manufactured Home Installers License No. MHDINS00004853 in the performance of manufactured home retrofits and any and all related activities that this license allows.
